The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on vincooler.com provided throughout the United Kingdom.

The use of this website indicates your implicit acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order with VinCooler indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

General

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

You must be at least 18 years old to order goods through this website. 

Each order of goods from the VinCooler website will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Special Conditions apply to certain items and are set out on the pages describing those items.

We reserve the right to refuse an order from anyone at any time without reason.

Description of Goods

As a reseller of goods, we attempt to publish relevant, up-to-date, and accurate information and images relating to these goods and products. All information and images found on our website are published to give the best approximate description we can. While we make every attempt to keep all the product information relevant, accurate and up to date, we can not guarantee all the details published on our website, including incorrect selling prices or product unavailability. Complete and detailed specifications of all the products we sell are available from the manufacturer's brochures or websites. All the actions taken by the website user are the individual's responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the customer if a typographical or pricing error has been made.

Customer Reviews

All customer reviews of the products we sell on our website are the opinions of our customers and are not part of the specification or description of the product. We shall not be liable if any of the information contained in a customer review proves inaccurate.

Payment And Price

All prices on our website include sales tax but exclude delivery. Delivery is calculated at check out and made known before final payment.

The total price payable for your order will be stipulated when you place your order, and payment will be taken whether or not the order has been confirmed. 

We reserve the right to make adjustments to our prices to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, shipping prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties. We also reserve the right to make such adjustments if an error or omission affecting the price published for the goods is wrong, irrespective of whether t the order has been confirmed.

We will take all payments in pound sterling regardless of your local currency.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You must use the billing address registered with your payment method, or payment will be declined. Providing incorrect information or having your payment declined will result in the order being rejected and no order being placed. 

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation and, at the same time, pre-authorize your card. Please note your card will not be charged at this stage. Next, we will check with our warehouse or supplier to ensure your purchased item is available for immediate dispatch. Once we confirm your desired item is available, we will process the payment and dispatch your order as soon as possible. If your item is unavailable due to high demand, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and contact you immediately to let you know.

Payment By Instalments Option

Payments made by instalments via our Payment Providers operate as a credit contract between the customer and the Payment Providers.

Discount Codes

We may offer from time to time discount codes on selected products to our email subscribers. Discount codes will be available for a specific time with eligible dates clearly visible. We can withdraw discount codes at any time. Users can only use discount codes one at a time, and only one can be placed on any one order. Discount codes are for the benefit of our email subscribers and should not be used by non-subscribers. We reserve the right to de-activate discount codes at any time and re-issue new codes to VinCooler members if a discount code is published to a wide audience of non-members.

Availability Of Goods

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We receive updates on stock for larger items weekly, and a low stock item may have become unavailable before an order has been placed. If goods are not available, we will provide a full refund to the customer. We will not compensate the customer for not receiving the goods on time.

Wine Refrigeration Cabinets / Coolers

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any wine cabinet or wine cooler ordered from VinCooler fits into their allocated space in their home, restaurant, office, or final destination. We display the height, width and depth of the wine storage unit on every product page, and the customer must ensure the unit is suitable before purchase.

If the wine storage unit doesn't fit into the property or the allotted space, we will charge a return handling fee of £85-£175+ VAT.

We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are to be construed under the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and VinCooler.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of LatAm HQ Heath Ltd.

VinCooler.com is a Trading Division of LatAm HQ Health Ltd.
